The following activities are forbidden: DDoS attacks or malicious network usage. Hosting copyrighted material without permission. Running services that violate the laws of Switzerland or the user's jurisdiction.
Fees are listed on the website. Payment is due in advance for each billing cycle. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.
Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable once the service period begins.
We strive for continuous uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows or technical events may occur.
C41.ch SAGL is not liable for: Data loss caused by user actions. Downtime due to external network events. Indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Users may cancel at any time through their account dashboard.
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Ticino, Switzerland.
We may revise these Terms. Continued use of the service signifies acceptance of updates.
