Renew Your Server, Import Configs, Save Presets & More

A new update is live on acevo-servers.com, bringing four user-facing improvements that focus on the day-to-day operations of your servers: keeping them online longer, configuring them faster, and finding what you need at a glance.

Renew Server — extend your subscription with no downtime

You can now renew an active server directly from the portal, without any service interruption. As a server approaches its expiration date, the indicator on the server card is highlighted and a "Renew" button appears.

Click it and the "Renew your server" dialog lets you pick a duration (30, 60 or 90 days). The dialog shows your current expiration, the new expiration after renewal, the total price (VAT included) and any applicable discount on longer durations. Proceed to checkout, pay via Stripe or your Wallet credit, and you're done — your server's lifetime is extended seamlessly as soon as the payment confirms.

A dedicated confirmation email is sent on renewal, separate from the original purchase, including server name, added duration, new expiration date, amount and payment method.

Load Config — import a server setup from a JSON file

Setting up a new server can now skip the manual data entry. Inside the new Edit Server page, the sidebar button "Load Config" lets you import an entire server configuration — general info, track, cars, sessions — starting from a .json file exported by the dedicated server tool available on Steam.

A modal preview shows you what is about to be applied; unrecognised references (e.g. a car no longer available) are flagged before anything is written. Click "Apply" and the form is populated for you.

Save Preset — your own library of configurations

Working with multiple servers? Once you've dialled in a configuration you like, hit "Save Preset" in the Edit Server sidebar, give it a name, and you're set.

The preset becomes available inside "Load Config" and can be re-applied to any other server in a single click. Each preset is tied to your account and appears in your personal library — ideal for replicating the same setup across servers, or maintaining standardised configurations for a league.

Car list filters — find vehicles faster

The Cars tab inside Edit Server gets a new filter panel. You can now narrow the car list by brand (Ferrari, Porsche, etc.) — alongside the existing text search.

Filters update the list in real time and combine with the search field, so you can go from "all cars available" to "GT3 Ferraris" in two clicks.
